Unloading and Reloading the Disposable Staple Cartridge

RELEASE TRIGGER

Using index finger and thumb press trigger at thumbprint point to release the trigger and allow it to sprint to open/sterilization position

UNLOAD CARTRIDGE

Grasp tabs on cartridge and pull to remove. Discard empty cartridge

RELOAD NEW CARTRIDGE

Slide new cartridge into position until audible click is felt and heard

READY TO USE

Close trigger to closed position and lock new cartridge into place. The handle is now ready for use

    The reuasable stapler handle is intended for 20 uses and can be refilled with cartridges and resterilized for new patients.

    The stapler handle is guarenteed to withstand 20 autoclave cycles at the proper sterilization settings.

  • Is there any assembly required before using the stapler?

    All stapler handle and cartridge packages come preloaded with the cartridge, sterilized and ready for opertion. 

  • Is there a specific staple remover needed for the rapID stapler?

    No, most staple removers on the market are compatible in removing rapID staples.
